Ingredients:
20 ready made puris we use in panipuri
curd 2 bowls
salt to taste
date chutney watery
potatoes 3
jeera powder
chat masala
sprouted beans or soak dry mutters
Method:
1.cook potatoes and mutter or any sproted things separately
2.let it get cool
3. peel of potatoes
4. make holes in puris
5. beat curd to make it soft
6. when you want to eat, fill up puris with mash potatoes and other cooked items
7. put half spoon of curd in each puri
8. sprinkle salt,chat masala and chilly powder and put half tea spoon of date chutney in each puri. serve in plate.
